5 Punch Pass Party

Overview:
Monday Night MeetUp is a recurring event hosted on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month for new climbers to make friends. The 5 Punch Pass Party took over one of the recurring slots, and was designed to celebrate and reward new members who took advantage of our August sale. By offering a discounted 5 Punch Pass for first-time visitors, the event aimed to encourage community engagement and foster connections among climbers.

Event Details:

  • Date: September 16th, 2024

  • Time: 7 PM - 9 PM

  • Location: Sender One, Santa Ana, Main Gym

  • Format: A pizza party and climbing night meetup.

Participation:

  • Open to all new members who purchased the 5 Punch Pass during the August sale.

  • Attendees received a free ticket to the event as a reward for their purchase and commitment to the climbing community.

  • Those who wanted to attend the meetup but were not 5 Punch Pass holders could purchase a discounted rate online beforehand for $20, which included free rentals.

Punch Pass Information:

  • The 5 Punch Pass was available for a discounted rate of $59 (regularly $69) for first-time visitors.

  • Pass holders had two months to use all five punches, providing flexibility and encouraging participation.

Activities:

  • Pizza and refreshments were provided to create a relaxed and social atmosphere.

  • A “Get to Know Your Neighbor” Bingo was used as an icebreaker, with participants who completed it receiving an additional pass to the gym.
